It is very easy to configure and set up the app by yourself. If you want assistance we will of course assist and offer 2 free hours of setup/configuration consultancy for each new customer. We will help you configure the feedback form, selection of questions and configure standard Salespulse dashboards and reports
You have 30 days to request a full refund, after which we are not able to pro rate unused portions of annual fees.
Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed until you let us know that you'd like to change your plan or cancel your account.
If you'd like to cancel your account, we’ll take care of it for you. Email from the email address on file with your request to cancel. If you no longer have access to that email, call us at 800 974 8784 .
